The ending of the fourth episode of Ahsoka was a dream come true for Star Wars fans, giving us the first ever interaction between Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker in live-action. But for those who haven't watched the animated shows, while the main essentials are there, the scene probably lacks a lot of the backstory [...]
Ever since we first got a glimpse of Marrok, the mysterious masked Inquisitor aligned with Morgan Elsbeth in Ahsoka, Star Wars fans have been coming up with all sorts of theories as to who he really is. The theories ranged from the plausible-but-needing-explanation (the Eighth Brother) to the unlikely-but-interesting (Barriss Offee) to the even-less-likely (Starkiller) [...]
At the end of the fourth episode of Ahsoka, a masterpiece of an episode that took the series to a whole new level, Ahsoka falls off a cliff and awakens in a strange realm. It's a brilliant film transition by director Peter Ramsey, as we move from the waves to Ahsoka waking up on a [...]
We've reached the mid-season point of Ahsoka, and episode 4 took the series to a whole new level. In fact, in my estimation it's the single best episode we've seen from any of the Star Wars shows on Disney+ - and I say that as someone who has really enjoyed the other shows and episodes [...]
It's all but confirmed by now that Anakin Skywalker will be in the Ahsoka series. It was reported two years ago that Hayden Christensen would be in the show, and more recently he was listed among the cast in some official product descriptions. The third episode of Ahsoka contains a scene where Hera Syndulla tries to persuade New Republic Chancellor Mon Mothma, alongside several senators, to take seriously the threat of Grand Admiral Thrawn's potential return. Mothma is a long-standing Star Wars character, and she's received a resurgence of interest recently thanks to Andor and [...]
In the latest episode of Ahsoka, Hera Syndulla attempted to persuade New Republic Chancellor Mon Mothma and several New Republic Senators to take seriously the threat of Grand Admiral Thrawn's return - to no avail. The biggest obstacle to more aid was Senator Hamato Xiono, whose icy exchange with Hera derailed her efforts. It was [...]
Star Wars fans have recently been introduced to the live-action debut of Hera Syndulla, the Twi'lek New Republic general and veteran of the rebellion. First appearing in the animated Star Wars Rebels, Hera appeared in live-cation for the first time in the first episode of Ahsoka. In the third episode, Hera's son made his first [...]
The third episode of Ahsoka gave us plenty of starfighter action, as Ahsoka and Sabine faced off against Shin, Marrok, and their allies in the skies above Seatos. But as the heroes attempted to flee the villains, they were greeted by giant space whales flying through the air. These creatures are purrgil, and they're a [...]
