Just last month we experienced Star Wars Celebration, and it’ll be back in less than a year!
Star Wars Celebration Europe will be taking place April 7-10, 2023, in London, England at the ExCeL Center. And it was recently announced that tickets will go on sale on June 30, beginning at 12:00 p.m. eastern time.
It takes place just eleven months after the previous Celebration (which was the first in three years, in large part due to COVID-19), and it marks the fourth time that Celebration has been in Europe. It was in London in 2007, in Germany in 2013, and then back in London again in 2016.
There will once again be plenty to talk about. The Mandalorian season three will have premiered in February, and Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew will both be coming later in the year. There will surely be an update on Andor season two as well, and likely about further animated projects (will The Bad Batch be back for a third season? Tales of the Jedi? Young Jedi Adventures? New shows?). Then there’s the film slate, with Indiana Jones 5 just months away at that point, and certainly an update on the Star Wars theatrical releases. Jedi Survivor will be coming out in 2023 as well, plus further adventures from The High Republic. So, in short, there’s a ton that will be coming – and that’s not even mentioning the projects we don’t even know about yet.
It’s an incredible time to be a Star Wars fan, and Celebration is always a great experience. Let’s just hope that they make the experience better for those watching online this time around.
