Star Wars Celebration is returning this year after a three-year hiatus!
Celebration Anaheim is set to take place May 26-29 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, and the remaining tickets went on sale earlier today. Additionally, we got our first look at the awesome Celebration Anaheim logo and some exclusive merchandise for those going to the convention – featuring a very cool logo celebrating the 20th anniversary of Attack of the Clones.
This is the first time that there’s been a three-year gap between Celebrations since Celebration II and III took place in 2002 and 2005, respectively. The most recent Celebration was held in Chicago in April 2019, and at the time it was announced that the next Celebration would be in Anaheim in 2020. But when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, that was pushed back to August 2022, later moved up to May 2022.
It’s super exciting that we’ll have another Star Wars Celebration this year, and just a couple months away! There’s a ton to talk about with the various shows, the publishing and High Republic side of things, video games, Galaxy’s Edge, upcoming films, celebration of Attack of the Clones, and tons more. We don’t know what panels will be included yet, but it’s sure to be an epic time for Star Wars fans filled with tons of excitement and plenty of news and reveals too. I can’t wait for it!
