The final trailer for The Rise of Skywalker releases TOMORROW!

This is where the fun begins!

After weeks of speculation and waiting, we can now officially say that the final trailer for The Rise of Skywalker will premiere TOMORROW, on Monday, October 21! The Star Wars social media accounts announced it on Monday with a brief teaser, showcasing the main sequel trilogy heroes all together in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon.

The trailer will drop during halftime of the Monday Night Football game on ESPN between the New England Patriots and the New York Jets, just like the final trailers for The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi were released during halftime of a Monday night game in October.

As soon as the trailer drops, tickets will go on sale.

I’m obviously super excited for the trailer, and this teaser – even though it’s just a few seconds – is awesome too. The only scene we’ve gotten so far in the sequel trilogy of our big three heroes (Rey, Finn, and Poe) together was at the very end of The Last Jedi, as they’re all gathered in the Falcon fleeing from Crait, but even then they don’t all interact with one another together. So seeing the three of them together has been something that fans hoped for, and J.J. Abrams previously confirmed that it would happen by saying that this story was about the main heroes going on an adventure together.

I’m sure there will be plenty more exciting things from the trailer tomorrow, but for now, it’s cool seeing Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewbacca, and C-3PO together in the Millennium Falcon!

I can’t wait! And it’s now only two months until the film hits theaters, too!
