Official trailer released for Star Wars: Visions Volume 3!

With just about a month left until Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 hits Disney+, Lucasfilm released a trailer tonight promoting the upcoming series. The action-packed trailer features plenty of exciting moments and some very nostalgic music to build the hype for the nine episode batch of shorts, which will debut all at once on Wednesday, October 29.

Visions is an anthology series of shorts telling various non-canonical stories from the Star Wars galaxy, allowing some of the most prominent and respected anime studios in the world to explore storytelling in the galaxy far, far away. These stories reflect various perspectives on Star Wars and its themes, drawing deep inspiration from the franchise while taking things in fresh and bold directions. The first two volumes have both been fantastic, and both been extremely well-received and well-reviewed, and there is no reason to suspect volume three will be any different.

Of particular note with this third volume of Visions, though, is that three of the episodes from volume one will be continued: “The Duel”, “The Village Bride”, and “The Ninth Jedi” will all see follow-up stories in this batch, as highlighted prominently in the trailer.
