More episodes of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures are coming soon.
The remaining episodes of the show’s second season will premiere on Disney+ on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, after the first eleven episodes were released on August 2, 2024. Additionally, new Fun with Nubs shorts will release on the Star Wars Kids website every Saturday in February, with bonus episodes on Wednesdays in March.
Based on the brief information given in the announcement, alongside some images released from a few of the episodes, the second half of this season will continue to explore the adventures of the main cast, but will also introduce a new padawan Jedi, Wes Vinik, an adult Pooba (Nubs’ species), Purrgil, and a rescue of Master Yoda.
The series is aimed at young viewers as a way to introduce them to the Star Wars galaxy, with these stories and characters set during the High Republic era – approximately 200 years before the prequel trilogy. It follows a group of Jedi younglings training with Grand Master Yoda, and that means they find themselves on plenty of adventures trying to help others in the galaxy – just like a Jedi should. The series is executive produced by James Waugh, Jacqui Lopez, and Josh Rimes, with Michael Olson also executive producing while serving as showrunner.
The series is a cute, fun, lighthearted Star Wars story that is ideal for younger viewers, but not a bad watch for older viewers either.
